For a file that does not convert, include
- the converter and build, for example Revit converter v28052026
- the file format and version, for example Revit 2024 or DWG 2018
- the exact error text or a screenshot of it
- Windows or Linux, and whether you used the GUI or the command line
Please do not attach confidential models. We ask for a sample file only if we need one, and you decide what to share.
