Ad-free licence
Price per product and workstation
EUR, gross, including 19% German VAT. The software is the same as Community; the licence removes the ad page and adds support.
What the licence changes
- No ad page after a conversion
- Support by e-mail and software updates included
- A licence key and a VAT invoice by e-mail
- 10% off every seat for 2 to 5 workstations
Monthly and yearly plans renew until you cancel. A year costs the same as 10 months; lifetime costs the same as 15 months, is paid once and never renews.

Cancel a subscription
Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices are gross prices in euro including 19% German VAT. Business customers in another EU country with a valid VAT ID can ask for a reverse-charge invoice.
Which currency do you charge in?
Euro only. If your PayPal account or card is in another currency, PayPal or your bank converts the amount.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. The invoice with VAT shown arrives by e-mail together with the licence key. Companies can ask for an invoice before paying and pay by bank transfer.
What is free, and is Community time-limited?
Community has the same conversion features and no time limit. It is for personal and research use. Community: an ad page opens in your browser every second run, XLSX files get an Ads_DDC sheet and PDFs a watermark. An ad-free licence removes all three. The converter itself sends no data.
Do I need internet to convert?
No internet needed to convert. Paid licences are activated once; for offline machines, write to us.
Can I move the licence to a new PC?
Yes. A licence is for one workstation at a time. Write to us with your licence key and we move it to the new machine.
What happens when a subscription ends?
The licence stays active until the end of the paid period. After that the software keeps working as Community, with the ad page.
How do I cancel?
Use "Cancel contracts here" on this page, or cancel the automatic payment in your PayPal account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Can I withdraw from the purchase or get a refund?
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content it ends when delivery starts with your express consent, which you give in the order form. The withdrawal notice has the details and the form.
Is there a free licence for education?
Yes, for students and instructors on request. Write from your institution e-mail address and name the course.
Which third-party terms apply?
The converters include Open Design Alliance (ODA) technology. The ODA pass-through terms are part of the EULA. Export classification: EAR99, EU 2021/821.
