The DataDrivenConstruction standalone offline converter allows you to access Autodesk® Revit® proprietary project files and translate this data into open formats (XLSX and DAE). Without running Revit® and without using the Internet (no third-party libraries or plug-ins required), the converter extracts project data and presents the Revit® database as structured column-based data in Excel format. Each row represents a project element (with its own identifier), while columns contain related properties and parameters. This makes the data easy to manage with modern analytics tools — from grouping and filtering to validation, processing, and document creation.

A distinctive feature of the converter is the preservation of the relationship between metadata and geometry. Native identifiers connect the metadata in XLSX with the project geometry in DAE.
