Model to Data demo: sample files and third-party code

All tables and geometry in this folder are unedited outputs of the DDC converters,
produced on our build machine from the public sample files below and repackaged by
scripts/demo (sparse JSON of the non-empty XLSX cells; DAE geometry re-encoded as glTF).
